By engaging our private tutoring services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully

1. Services Provided

Xclusive Tutors offers private tutoring services in SATs, GCSE, and A-Level subjects. Our tutors provide personalised academic support tailored to the individual needs of each student.

2. Payment

  • Payment: All sessions must be paid for in advance. We accept payments via [list payment methods]. Payment plans or package deals may be available upon request.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension of tutoring sessions until the outstanding balance is cleared.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

  • Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but this is subject to tutor availability.

  • Missed Sessions: No-shows or missed sessions without proper notice will be charged in full.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available for any prepaid sessions not yet taken, provided a written request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. 

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any special materials, books, or resources purchased for the student are non-refundable.

5. Tutor Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Professionalism: Our tutors maintain a high standard of professionalism, including punctuality, preparation, and commitment to each student’s progress.

  • Confidentiality: Tutors will keep all student information and performance records confidential.

  • Safety: Tutors will ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Students should have all necessary materials and any assignments ready for each session.

  • Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund.

7. Parental Involvement

  • Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to communicate with tutors regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.

  • Attendance: For younger students (e.g., SATs), a parent or guardian may be required to be present during tutoring sessions at the discretion of the tutor.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Academic Performance: While our tutors aim to improve academic performance, Xclusive Tutors cannot guarantee specific results or grades.

  • Technology Issues: For online sessions, Xclusive Tutors is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student’s end, including poor internet connectivity or equipment failure.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and academic performance data solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services.

  • Data Protection: All personal information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Termination of Services

  • By Xclusive Tutors: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the student or parent/guardian violates these Terms and Conditions or if we believe it is in the best interest of the student.

  • By the Client: Clients may terminate services with written notice. Any remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
